July already!?! Halfway through 2025?!? What is time…

My usual block of time I set aside for writing has been infiltrated by technical issues! Some days the internet is just not vibin’ with what I’m trying to get out here and today is one of them. Also, the maintenance crew is causing a ruckus at the house here doing some repairs and I wasn’t able to take a clip of the bucket pull/raffle thingy, but winners were still pulled and shown in the picture down there! Congrats! Quieter and better internet days are ahead (hopefully). Short and sweet one here today! As always, thanks for tuning in to some of my unrefined thoughts 🙂

I’ve had a couple common themes that seem to be seeking me out recently, or at least have become more apparent to me over the past week or so. One is the value and necessity of effective communication, and the other being lessons to learn and the people that can teach them to you.

I’ve had repeating cycles/patterns that revolve around communication, and it seems as though I continue to receive these lessons until I handle them correctly. I’ll need to have a difficult talk with a friend, and if I just keep putting it off until the issue naturally works itself out, not only am I doing myself and the other person a disservice by not communicating how I feel about the issue, but what do you know, someone else will come along with nearly the exact situation I was just in, allowing for another shot to handle it differently. Sometimes I’ll nail that second lesson…other times it takes 3, 4 or 15 times before I finally get it.

These aren’t usually the most fun situations to address, but often times we create some elaborate story of how the situation will go, when in reality, you’re creating the worst case scenario in your head. Whether this is with a complete stranger, a close friend, or lover, we can all use the love and light within us to realize that we are really just speaking to ourselves. I know it sound all hippy dippy woo-woo, but I believe we are all one, all coming from source, experiencing the world through different lenses. If you take a step back and put yourself in the perspective of the receiver, most of the time we realize the conversation needs to happen. We can’t all be mind readers! And being on the other end, left in the dark or needing to interpret how the other person feels without clear communication sucks! Does it also suck to have tough conversations? Sometimes, yah. But more often than not, it goes better than expected, a huge weight is lifted from your shoulders and you’re able to breathe a little better afterward. And what happens if you don’t address that “lesson”? More lessons. And more lessons. And more lessons until you “get it”. And that constant state of receiving the same lessons just because it’s difficult or uncomfortable to address the one at hand sucks even worse in my opinion.

If we truly look at each and every person as part of Source, a unique and divine soul, we can work together and see that every single person on this earth has something to teach us. Some teach us love, some patience, some communication. Some are easy and some are tough. But using love, we can make those tough ones gentle, freeing and uplifting in the end. We all come out better for it, and the way YOU handled that situation has an influence on the way THEY perceive you and how they handle similar situations in the future. The quicker and better you tackle that lesson, the quicker and better you can move on. This is ultimately how we learn, grow and progress through life!

I’ve had quite a few people in my life recently, myself included in some ways, that feel stagnant or stuck in their life progression, and when you get down to what’s actually going on, most of the time there is some difficult blockage they/I aren’t super excited to address. It’s not always easy to find the source of this blockage, but if you put in the (undoubtably hard) work to figure things out, communicate clearly, and show love, often times that block is released and many other aspects of life open up and bloom like a flower. We can all manifest great things and literally change the way life unfolds if we put our hearts and minds in the right place <3

UPDATES: The “Black Box” is still out of stock for the time being. I know this was a fun and exciting “grab bag” type of item that a lot of people enjoyed, so I’m sorry for the wait! But I think people loved it so much for a lot of the special little things I was able to add and I haven’t had a chance to restock on some of the fun stuffs quite yet. It shall return soon with ultimate joy!

The 10 random spore prints pack is also out of stock temporarily. A ton of Florida peeps took advantage of the deal to stock up before the spore ban (thank you and my heart aches for y’all!) and a handful are running a little low. To borrow a line from the good ol Cleveland Browns, we’re in a bit of a rebuilding phase over here and I don’t want to run out of things. Unlike the Browns, I don’t plan on this being 80 years of a rebuilding phase….I’ll have it back in the shop before you know it.

The good news: A lot of exciting things are in the works over here, thanks in large part to our fantastic community of spore lovers sending some excellent genetics my way! Thank you all!!
