Happy New Moon June my deer friends!

I used to do a New Moon ritual to get balanced and have a bit of a reset, and I think I’m going to start that back up again. There’s a ton of interesting energy swirling around out there…and a ton of interesting energy swirling around over here. Sometimes we just need to take a moment to recenter, breathe, and come back with a fresh perspective. If anyone would like to share what you do for any type of reset/new moon ritual, I would absolutely love to hear it! Discord, email, snail mail, carrier pigeon….however you communicate 🙂

I had a late “Wyco Friday” update after coming back from vacation, where I recounted some experiences I had that were incredibly fulfilling and insightful, but didn’t want to write a book of it, so I kept some thought nuggets to myself for this week. And here we are! Like all the others, this week has arrived quicker than imagined!

If you don’t know by now, I’m an energy type of dude. I try to not put “energy” on a pedestal, though I do find myself doing that quite a bit. I’m working on it. But I am aware of it…I feel it…I embrace it. Sometimes energy works in ways that defy logic and reasoning, and usually isn’t something you can measure in a lab. I love the supernatural and all kinds of things you can’t measure in a lab. That’s my jam! Due to the nature of my “work”, I do also enjoy things you CAN measure in a lab *queue mad scientist laugh*

Good and bad energy is always flowing all around us. We have outstanding souls, I’m convinced MANY of them hang out on the ol Milly Discord, who are nothing but love and light. They give time, they assist and help any way they can, they’re humble and selfless and in total devotion to service for others. And on the other end of the spectrum, we have wars and conflicts that never seem to stop. Some people are shady, or in some cases, somewhere along the journey, they have been infiltrated with evil energy. It’s easy to love the “love and light” crew. Often times it’s also easy to hate the evil squad of darkness people. But a friend of mine recently reminded me that all that good energy and all that “bad” energy…dark or evil or whatever it is, is everywhere, and sometimes it manifests through certain people. So instead of hating that individual person for their actions and decisions, hate the energy that somehow made it’s way to their path. Or don’t hate at all really, but certainly not the person. The best way to approach these individuals, as tough as it may be, is to show them love. Meditate on them…pray for them…think about them…whatever process works for you. We have incredible power with the positive energy in us, and if we only reciprocate the bad to those we deem selfish and negative, you’re not giving them the opportunity to heal through you.

One thing I know about all the whirlwinds of energy mixing around and all the challenges and struggles we face, is that you will not be given a situation you cannot handle. Not just handle, but overcome, learn from and be a brighter, stronger person with that experience on your resume. Even if you “fail”…there is no fail. You had that experience! It was a success! Did it go the way you wanted? That’s a different story. Did you do everything in your power to do the “right” thing? Also a different story. But every single situation we find ourselves in, and every single human that is in our orbit is a lesson of some kind. We learn from them and we move on. Sometimes they bring us to our literal breaking point, and in my case, that’s what I need! I’m so stubborn, most of the time a gentle nudge just doesn’t penetrate. It takes some insanely elevated emotion for me to pay attention sometimes, and that’s not always fun. But you will be provided for. Your needs will be met. You will be taken care of.

Sometimes similar situations appear in your life and appear as a pattern. Hell, sometimes the exact same situation appears! That’s freaky. We can reflect on times where we’ve been given these lessons in the past, and maybe we’re so afraid to repeat what happened last time that we don’t even allow the possibility for change. But guess what! You’re not the same character in this game as when you played that level the first time. You’ve evolved, and just the fact that you recognize the pattern means you are taking steps to not repeat the lesson the same way. I think when we see lessons repeat themselves in eerily similar ways, it’s for a reason. You’re meant to learn something from it that you didn’t get the first, second, sixth…however many times you’ve been here. Don’t resist and shut it out. Stay true to yourself, maybe approach it differently or take more time to process…whatever you need to do. But don’t give up. It’ll be worth it.

Somewhat diverted from this train of thought, but I have 2 weeks of words pent up here, what do you want from meeee! This is more of a shower thought here, so bear with me. I’ve spoken about synchronicities probably more than you’d like to hear about recently, but hey…I’m not forcing your eyeballs here. I’ve always had some really wild “synchronicities” through music at different times in my life. Sometimes when I feel like I’m really on the right path in my spiritual progression, sometimes after extreme heartache or unreasonable happiness (that man is just too damn chipper!). Without my willing choice, some song or series of songs will find their way to me through a random shuffle or just letting the algorithm have it’s way with me. And it’s actually pretty cool when that happens! It makes me tingle…sometimes spins me around in the direction I need to be, sometimes makes me so very thankful, and sometimes it turns on the hose to my eye sockets (it was the hot sauce, I swear!). Sometimes you can take a song and make it make sense for your situation. You find meaning in the random. But usually in those times of heightened emotion, it’s a little more than that. Like…exact specific verbiage in the song vs a conversation you just had, or somehow, that song PERFECTLY describing your situation in detail. Wild stuff! I always described these as synchronicities and felt like it meant something. Like the universe knew I was listening and said “BLAST THAT SHIII!!!”. And I’m not taking that magic away. I am still listening, and love taking cues from ol Uni. But when that happens with 10 or 15 songs in a row, my eyes get squinty and I say ooooookayyyyy what is actually going on here. Crazy Millybob has entered the chat.

I was walking to my local caffeine dealer a few days ago, and had this wild arse thought about all this music that has been curated for my life recently and the increasing frequency of synchronistic events. WHAT IF….not saying there’s anything here, and not discrediting anything the universe may be nudging me toward. You hear that universe!?! I’M NOT DISCREDITING THAT! Uhhhum…but what if, during these extremely vulnerable states, while I’m putting out a certain vibration or frequency, the quantum energy of algorithm or shuffle picks up on that and matches a song to what I’m going through. Not like Spotify or YouTube have some bonkers technology that reads my brainwaves (though I wouldn’t doubt it), but perhaps synchronicities aren’t necessarily happening TO me, but that I’m actually working in sync with the syncs. Picture 1,000 songs on a playlist, and the universe picking up on your aura, sifting through what’s available, and playing you something that most closely matches what you want or need to hear. What if we are all part of this quantum synchronistic system, working together? Like we’re the transceiver instead of just the receiver. We can influence things that appear as “random” in ways we don’t realize and find meaning in ways that apply to us, when really we may be a magnet attracting those things into our view. This happens to me most often through music, but with others it may be through books or random talks with strangers or anything else. I think we’re all on the spectrum of how we interact with this energy. Some may have a stronger pull through their practice that they’ve cultivated or their mental state at the time. Some may be more or less aware of it happening, strengthening or weakening the occurance. But I think we all have that in us. Crazy Millybob out!

I spilled so many words I forgot to show you my little deer babies and things I stumbled on walking to the coffee shop the other day! I found the little one….walked a few steps to find momma deerest peeping me from the shaddows, then a few more feet to find papa doing absolutely nothing to protect his family. What a disgrace. I could’ve done anything! I could’ve fed them apples and carrots or something craaaazy!

Also an incredibly beautiful flower and some cacti that look fake they’re so perfect! Life is gooood.

UPDATES: The “Black Box” is still out of stock for the time being. I know this was a fun and exciting “grab bag” type of item that a lot of people enjoyed, so I’m sorry for the wait! But I think people loved it so much for a lot of the special little things I was able to add and I haven’t had a chance to restock on some of the fun stuffs quite yet. It shall return soon with ultimate joy!

The 10 random spore prints pack is also out of stock temporarily. A ton of Florida peeps took advantage of the deal to stock up before the spore ban (thank you and my heart aches for y’all!) and a handful are running a little low. To borrow a line from the good ol Cleveland Browns, we’re in a bit of a rebuilding phase over here and I don’t want to run out of things. Unlike the Browns, I don’t plan on this being 80 years of a rebuilding phase….I’ll have it back in the shop before you know it.
