This was the recipe I used when I first got into agar. I'm a big fan of keeping things all natural, so this recipe of potato broth and locally sourced honey was a great fit. Pretty much all species of mushies like this recipe and is a good intro to agar. This foruma does give the plates a more cloudy look than MEA or sorghum which are clear with a tan tint.  Maximum love poured into each plate!

Shrink wrapped in packs of 10 and vacuum sealed for freshness. Comes with individual strips of parafilm for sealing.
