Oyster mushrooms are some of the least picky, and therefore one of the easiest to grow mushrooms out there! Delicious and suitable for every experience level, these pink oysters prefer warmer temps. They colonize quickly and eat just about anything! You can actually use junk mail, pizza boxes, or rolls of toilet paper as substrate!! But best grown on hardwood sawdust fruiting blocks if cultivating indoor. Pink oysters can be seasoned and cooked to taste similar to bacon! Shelf life is not great on this one, but one of my favorite gourmets to grow 🙂
