We need our finest on this one! This is a fungi that eats plastic and could have a HUGE impact on our environment. Microplastics continue to pollute our oceans and soil, and we are in need of solutions! This fungus can break down and digest polyurethane. As far as I know, this does not produce a fruiting body, but gobbles up any plastic in its sight.
