Also known as Oaxaca in some circles, this one was collected near Huautla de Jimenez- the village where mushroom shaman Maria Sabina introduced mushrooms to Gordon Wasson in the 50's. Maria Sabina, who I call the Godmother of mushrooms, along with Wasson, played a HUGE roll in the knowledge and circulation of cubensis mushrooms. Bless these souls!

This one is great for all experience levels and is one of my favorite varieties to work with.
