One of my favorite gourmet mushrooms to grow! VERY beginner friendly and forgiving, super versatile when cooking and they have a decent shelf life compared to most other gourmets. Blocks pictured were grown on the kitchen counter- no tent, fans or humidifiers were used, and they kicked out multiple flushes!
