5lb bags contain 2lb sterilized grains and 3lb CVG substrate with SHIP (self-healing injection port)

Our current favorite grain is milo/sorghum, but we are ALWAYS experimenting with different grains and additives to see what works best for each species, and encourage you to do the same!

Grains are sorted and rinsed, soaked for 12 hours and hydrated to the perfect moisture content for quickest colonization and most robust growth. Autoclaved at 15psi for 90 minutes to ensure sterility and promptly double sealed.
