Frequently Asked Questions
What are these black clouds in my spore syringe?
Those are the spores! It’s completely normal for spores to clump together and form a cluster upon settling, whether refrigerated or stored in room temperature. Some spores disperse better and don’t form one of these clusters, and that’s fine too! Either way, shake the dickens out of it before using.
What’s with the limited payment options?
Payment processors aren’t as thrilled with the mush stuff as you all are. They’ll come around eventually! For now, spores are lumped in with CBD and hemp products, adult entertainment, handguns, and other “high risk” businesses that payment companies just don’t want to deal with. PayPal, Stripe, Square, Venmo, Zelle, Quickbooks and countless others have already put a stop to this kind of work, even though completely legal and by the book. I do have a work around if you need to pay via debit/credit/PayPal, and am always trying to find more user friendly ways to checkout.
What are these Wyco Wednesday shenanigans?
Wyco Wednesday has been a long running tradition where each Wednesday at 5pm Central time, I give an update about what’s new that week. I usually climb all the way to the top of my soap box and share some personal thoughts, as well as an update on new products, giveaways, promotions and other goodies. Usually, the first orders that come through after 5pm get some extra treats with their order. Check the WYCO WEDNESDAY page for all the happenings!
Why DON’T I see spores in my syringe?
Because spores are microscopic! A spore is about 1,000 times smaller than a poppyseed and you can only see it under a microscope. If spores form a cluster when settled, you’re looking at literally hundreds of thousands of spores, and all syringes, even the ones that look completely clear, still have thousands of spores floating around unseen.
What payment options DO you accept?
In order of preference, Apple Pay, Cash App, Cryptocurrency (anything traded on Coinbase), Amazon gift cards, cash/money order by mail, and debit/credit/PayPal are options. If you’re going with the PayPal or card option, just reply to your order confirmation email and I’ll send the link to a little work around where you can safely checkout.
