They have super big caps, grow fairly quickly and have a great shelf life!

Very quickly colonized my grain and is going strong on master’s mix. It’s one of many I’m trying. The liquid culture I received was immaculately clean and ready to get to work!
I’m not a pro, and this one seems to tolerate my less than perfect techniques. I’d describe it as “not fussy.”
